Building office hours

The Cradle Coast campus buildings at Mooreville Road are open during semester until the end of classes each day. The opening hours of the Student Centre which is located in Building D on campus, are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except for Public Holidays).

After-hours access

Students can access campus after-hours by applying for a 24 hour Access Card at the Student Centre. If an Access Card is no longer required, it should be returned to the Student Centre prior to the end of the academic year. Students will need to make a request for their Access Cards to be reactivated at the beginning of each academic year.

  • Learning Hub:
Technology resources at the Cradle Coast campus are available to University of Tasmania students and visiting staff in the Learning Hub. There are more than 40 workstations equipped with Microsoft Office, internet, printing, copying and online information services available 24 hours a day through the use of student or staff Access Cards.
  • IT teaching lab:
The IT teaching laboratory is mainly used for tutorials and workshops. When the lab is not being used for teaching, students may access this room for study between 9am and 5pm on weekdays during semester.
