The new Diploma of University Studies is a pathway qualification for students wishing to study in the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Education or the Faculty of Science, Engineering & Technology.

Entrance to the Diploma
The Diploma of University Studies is designed for applicants who do not meet entry requirements for their chosen Degree or for those who want a more supported or graded introduction to their studies. This may include mature-aged students returning to study, some VET graduates or students with a low ATAR (Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank) score from their year 11/12 studies. Students unsure of their eligibility to an undergraduate Degree should submit an application to the Bachelor Degree course of their preference in the first instance.
