Arts Residency, Cradle Coast Campus 2015


Open to artists working in visual artists, design, craft, performing arts and literature.  The Cradle Coast campus of the University of Tasmania seeks to support artists interested in exploring new perspectives on North-west Tasmania through its Arts Residency Program.

Now in its fifth year, our residency offers local, national and international artists up to $5000 for arts projects with relevance to the North-west Tasmanian community;

·         Cultural and industrial heritage

·         Relationship with regional landscapes and communities

·         Emerging industries and research

 

Up to $5000 AUD is provided to support travel, accommodation, living expenses and the production of work, up to a maximum of four weeks.  

Artists may choose to work from the university campus or at a self-initiated location within the region.

 

Application Round Opens:31st August 2014
